This production line can finish the whole process of quantum bottle filling, lid sorting, lid covering, lid rotating, labeling and encoding of Abnormity Bottle Liquid.
Quantum with peristaltic pump and control with microcomputer
Patent of this peristaltic pump (patent number: ZL 00 2 2 1453.9).It has the characteristics of rapid liquid discharge, correct quantum, convenient cleaning, disinfecting and dismantling etc. It uses Chinese operation interface. It is convenient and easy to understand. All the actions are controlled by single chip microcomputer. The parameters such as bottle filling volume, liquid discharging speed etc. are controlled by single chip microcomputer. The stepping motor uses original german made product. It is reliable and has not desynchronizing. |
