Huge liquid filling production line accords GMP standard that is designed especially for filling hydro-acupuncture dose, oral liquid and biology medicine. It is applicable for 25-500ml.
This production line can finish many functions automatically such as automatic bottle-feeding (with automatic bottle-feeding machine), automatic bottle arranging machine, automatic filling, capping, capping seal and automatic labeling function. It adopts imported electric device that can enhance automatization and credibility of machine. Meanwhile, it has little noise through precise design that is convenient for debugging and maintenance. The machine that composes this line can also be used singly.
It can add auxiliary equipments: some plastic bottles have small outer diameter, high height and are easy for collapse; it can add vacuum negative pressure system bottle-input orbit of liquid filling machine that make bottles adsorb on orbit and avoid collapse. |

| ■ This machine is applicable for the production of plastic bottle 1.V and soft plastic bottle 1.V that automatically can finish a series of producing procedures of plastic bottle. Such as air washing, water washing, liquid filling and jointing sealing with composite cover. |

While eliminate the static in the plastic bottle, it can blow and suck out most of sundries of the plastic bottle. |
