ZD-Ⅳ microcomputer non-dry sticker labeling machine Working procedure After entering conveyer belt, the constant bottles are arranged into definite alternation rank through bottle-dividing wheel. Then, bottles reach label-output port; firstly, photoelectric transducer of testing bottles gets a signal and sends one label-output signal to microcomputer control system; step motor sends one label according to enacted speed. This top of label sticks on bottle; then, the bottle moves ahead; finally, the whole label sticks on bottle completely through rolling device. The length of label is tested automatically by label-testing photoelectric transducer. (Because there is 2cm distance between two labels, photoelectric transducer tests this distance and gets label length according to this.) After leaving, the label is in stop state; the wording device will move once and finish lettering.
