| New cleaning, drying, filling and rolling line accords GMP standard that is designed specially for oral liquid production. This line is composed by KCSB type ultrasonic bottle cleaning machine, GSM type net tunnel sterilization oven and YGRZ type oral liquid filling rolling machine. It can finish ultrasonic coarse cleaning, water and steam alternating high pressure spraying, desiccation sterilization and filling capping working procedure. Equipping with advanced instrument, it has high output performance, high craftwork quality, creditable capacity and beautiful appearance etc. This device is applicable for production of different oral liquid; meanwhile, the machine composed of the device can be used singly. |

| Cleaning process of oral liquid bottle: pushing bottles onto bottle-disc; bottles entering on ultrasonic stainless steel bottle-turning orbit by spiral piece; after taking ultrasonic cleaning in ultrasonic water tank, bottles entering into strong hydrosphere reverse-flush working position and taking secondary hydrosphere cleaning; finally, bottles going out of orbit by bottle-turning orbit and entering GSM net type tunnel sterilization oven.
The above cleaning process is controlled by PLC according to cleaning requirement; the technology parameter is optional (cleaning time and times); cylinder of purified compressed air takes the action.
Dense bottles in oven section are sent to cooling section through heating section by belt; after drying and sterilization in over 250℃ high temperature section and over four minutes, bottles will be sent out oven after cooling. In order to prevent pollution, it adopts class-100 purification flow when bottles enter oven and cooling section that accords GMP requirement.
Bottles that are sent out by tunnel oven enter bottle-inlet net of YGRZ oral liquid filling through middle belt. Bottles will be filling capping by screw and turntable alternately. And then, capping working position will take filling, cover-falling and capping. Covers will be sent to cover-falling working position through libration cover-arranging and cover-sending device; after filling and capping, bottles will be sent into bottle filler from turntable.
Filling machine adopts filling of peristaltic pump, microcomputer filling regulation and has stop-filling and no cover-sending without bottles and stepless timing etc.
